We sponsor many programs and activities for our students, community, and staff. Please consider making a donation today. All donations are greatly appreciated! You can also pay clubs and activity fees with this form.

	General PTO Donation Please consider a donation to support the Bowman PTO programs. (Note, it is not necessary to enter the dollar sign before your donation amount.) more The Bowman PTO supports school programs, funds classroom supplies and staff recognition activities, and organizes community events. We spend approximately $150 per child per year. Your donations help provide educational experiences and resources that exceed the Lexington Public School District’s offerings. The success of our fundraising determines the programs and initiatives we are able to offer this year.	$
	Teacher/Staff Appreciation Donation Donation to fund teacher/staff appreciation activities, food and events. more Would you like to contribute to staff appreciation events but often cannot bring items in person or volunteer? Please donate and the PTO Staff and Teacher Appreciation team will purchase items on your behalf. The Bowman PTO budgets for the beginning of the year staff breakfast and lunch, Curriculum night dinner, National Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week in May, coffee and snacks throughout the year, and events/appreciation around holidays, school breaks and end of the year appreciations. In 2021-22 due to generous donations, we were able to fund a permanent staff picnic table outside for lunch. In 2023, we were able to provide additional classroom supplies around 100 days of school, and purchase a large coffee machine to use for future staff appreciation events. We would like to continue funding staff appreciation events every month with any additional donations your family can provide!	$
	5th Grade Activities Contribution (Suggested $125 per 5th Grade Student) If you are able to, please contribute $125 per 5th grade student. Use the box to edit the dollar amount. THANK YOU. more As you may know, it is a Bowman tradition that fifth grade students are gifted items and experiences unique to commemorate the conclusion of their elementary schooling. Typically, these items are provided through fundraising efforts that take extensive planning and many, many fifth grade adult volunteers. To ease the fundraising burden, if you are able to, please contribute $125 per 5th grade student in your family. The contribution will go towards: $40 5th grade field trip bus/ team building activity $30 5th grade t-shirt and yearbook for every student $30 Moving On Ceremony and 5th grade gift to Bowman $30 5th Grade Student & Family Social [example: outdoor party with Pizza] We hope you will consider contributing the funds necessary. Employer Matching? My employer has a charitable matching program and I will double my impact for Bowman! In previous academic years, just six families generated more than $10,000 in matching funds from programs like Benevity. By taking advantage of workplace matching from employers like Google, IBM, J.P. Morgan, Pfizer, and Veeva Systems, families doubled their impact to Bowman through donation matching, donations for volunteer hours logged, or even free rewards that you can donate to Bowman. You can pay regularly and submit your emailed receipt to your workplace charitable program. Alternatively, you can choose the "Offline Payment" option, pay through your workplace charitable portal, and upload your receipt to https://forms.gle/Q1Z14HWDT8ueGD486 and we will make sure funds are allocated to your wishes.
